Privacy Policy

Claude Opus for Watch

Last updated June 2026. This policy explains what data Claude Opus for Watch collects, how it is collected, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Data We Collect, and How

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or health data. The app does not use voice input and does not show ads.

How We Use Data, and Third-Party AI Sharing

When you send a message, the text of that message is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC — a third-party artificial intelligence provider that operates the Claude models — solely so that Claude can generate a reply. Anthropic processes the message to produce the response and provides protection of this data equal to or greater than that described in this policy. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

The anonymous device identifier and the subscription identifier are used only to count free messages and to verify subscription access. Our backend stores only a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of these identifiers together with usage counters; it does not store the content of your messages.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with any third party other than Anthropic for the purpose described above.

Consent

Before any message is sent, the app displays a disclosure screen and requires you to tap “Agree & Continue” to consent to your messages being sent to Anthropic. You can stop sharing data at any time by not sending further messages and deleting the app.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are handled by Apple. The app receives subscription status from Apple's StoreKit system so it can unlock extended limits.
